    Shipping policy



    COVID-19 NOTICE: We work very closely with our shipping partners to ensure that most orders will still arrive within the normal time frame but due to the current crisis, shipping times can take longer than normal. Thank you for your support, please contact us if you have any questions! 

    We work together with different warehouses in the US, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom so we can provide fast shipping around the globe. We can also ship outside these countries with our current warehouses however shipping times might be significantly longer. 



    Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates.

    We ship orders with USPS, Fedex, Canada post, Royal Mail and Australia Post. 
    Our shipping options are:


    • Standard Tracked Shipping   ( Free )
    • Priority Tracked Shipping      ( 4,99 )
    • Insured Priority Shipping.      ( 7,99 )


      All orders are provided with a tracking number no matter what shipping option you choose. Standard tracked shipping is the free option for tracked shipping. Orders with priority shipping will always be shipped before all other orders. Making the processing time on these orders 1 day or less. Shipping times will not be affected by choosing this shipping method. Insured priority shipping orders will be treated like priority shipping orders with the added benefit of an insurance on the items inside your package. 



      Orders take 1-3 days to process before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends or national holiday's.



      When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from our system via email or text message providing you with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the tracking email / text message. If you haven't received your tracking number within 3-5 days or if it is not working please contact us. 



      We are not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping and billing address are both correct before placing an order. In case you did make a mistake in your address and realize right after ordering please contact us as soon as possible as we might still be able to change your address in case we haven't shipped your order yet. If on the other hand we have made a mistake in your address we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no charge. 



      In some rare instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. These delays are caused by different variables that we cannot control. In case your package has not yet arrived after 30 business days we will refund your order. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help to find a suitable solution for your specific situation.
