    RETURNS & REFUNDS

     

    We take pride in the quality of our products, however, if your order arrives defective, broken or if you would like to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact our support team at info@meshnebulizerstore.com .

     

    WARANTY

     

    We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are proud to provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders. The 30 day warranty period starts from the moment you have received your order. 

     

    REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT

     

    If your unit arrives broken or breaks during the free 30 day warranty period we will  send a replacement unit or refund your order ASAP. For broken units there is no need to return them to us. 

    Please clearly state what the problem seems to be with your product so we can quickly determine if we can fix the problem. If we are not able to fix the problem we will happily send a replacement unit or provide you with a refund if you are not happy with your purchase. 

    The easiest way for us to determine if we can fix the problem is to send us a video of you using the product. This way we can immediately tell if we can fix it or if we need to send a replacement unit / refund your order. This is not a 100% necessary but it does speed up the process significantly. 

    When we have determined that the problem is not something we can fix you have the option to either get a replacement unit or refund your order. Once a replacement unit is shipped you will receive back a tracking number from us. Refunds might take 2-7 business days to show up on your bank account. You will receive a notification from us when we refund your order. Refunds are always the full amount of the order minus any shipping fees. 

     

    CANCELED ORDERS

     

    If you want to cancel your order for whatever reason please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have shipped your order we can only refund your order once you have returned the product to us. If your order is already shipped but you would still like a refund please contact us before returning your order as we will explain the steps to return your purchase to us.
